Binding Agreement
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Arculi. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of eDoctor.Bot, Mental.Bot, and all associated Services.
Arculi: The parent company behind eDoctor.Bot and Mental.Bot.
eDoctor.Bot: AI-powered chatbot designed for physical symptom detection.
Mental.Bot: AI-powered chatbot designed for mental well-being insights.
Services: All health detection functionalities provided via the chatbots.
User: Any individual accessing or using the Services.
By using our Services you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental consent. You agree to use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
No Data Collection
We do not store any user input. All interactions are processed in real-time without logging or archival.
Automated Training
Anonymized interactions may be used to improve our models through automated machine learning processes. No human review is involved, and data remains untraceable.
Privacy Assurance
No personal identifiers are retained, stored, or accessible at any stage of processing.

All software, algorithms, trademarks, and content associated with the Services are the exclusive property of Arculi. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.
Arculi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Services or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We may terminate access for any violation of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arculi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or health-related damages arising from the use of the Services. No guarantee of accuracy is provided. Use the Services at your own risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive any right to a jury trial or participation in a class-action lawsuit.
